DSI-ITI provides service for inmates called the OffenderConnect which transfers money to their commissary account. The money can also be added to the telephone account to give details of the inmate phone calls.
This service helps the inmate to call friends and other family members as many phone numbers can be included in your account. Inmates can also call you if they have a pre-paid account. All information can be updated without necessitating any calls to DSI-ITI or LLC. Access is provided for inmate phone calls throughout the day or night and additionally you can send any number of emails to the inmates.
They serve various locations and you can select your state to view the particular facility available or the service required. If you don't see this in the drop down box then you can place a request with regard to the service that you require. All this information is provided in their website www.offenderconnect.com/portal. You can also add your inmate phone call account to the OffenderConnect account. This can be easily done by going to the Account settings.
There is an additional facility of merging your inmate phone call bill account with any other new OffenderConnect account. Sign up for the service and then go to the Phone Account tab. For those inmates who have an ITI Pay account, just fill up your phone number and the password of your existing account. For those who want to merge their account to the OffenderConnect account, they can do so after they have created a new account in the web site.
Additionally you can merge your ITI Bill account with any new OffenderConnect account. When you sign up go to the Phone Account. If you already have an ITI Pay account just tick the box and then fill up your telephone number and the password for your present account. If, on the other hand, you want to merge it to the OffenderConnect account then you can do so after your OffenderConnect account is created. Once this is created go the phone setup and click on the Merge Account button. If the merger is successfully complete you will get a message confirming it.. After merging all your present account details are transferred to the new OffenderConnect account such as bills, credit card details and all the previous monthly payment details.
